-1The way some people talk, man, it's like they weren't born and raised in America. English, people, English.
+105You can think back to portions of your life and remember feeling like you were in a daze for the entire time.
-14I feel sorry for all kids born after the 90's. Kids these days will never know what it's like to not be constantly stimulated by the tv, computer, video games, cell phones, etc. Back in my day I dug holes and made castles out of construction paper. With pre-made apps, video games, and facebook, electronics don't leave too much room for imagination, amirite?
-16Going out with a friends ex is not okay. I don't care what the circumstances are. It's disrespectful. I would understand if you lived on a secluded island and there were only a few people, but there are so many other people in the world to chose from. Have some self control.
+68Whenever a topic comes up, why do people always feel the need to have an opinion? If you don't know anything on the subject it would be much wiser to say you don't know than to pull something out of yo bootay.
+5Blaze your own trails, even if your not a leader, lead your own life. Don't lose sight of what is important, don't let a hardship define you. You are a canvas, paint yourself how you want to be seen, even if your perspective portrays something different to someone else... Let go of the penciled sketch beneath the colors, some things are permanent, while others fade. Do not regret what guided the brush, the 'mistakes'- they can be lessons if you let them... Inspire and be inspired.
-3Light, when suddenly let in, dazzles and hurts and almost blinds us: but this soon passes away, and it seems to become the only element we can exist in. ~Augustus William Hare and Julius Charles Hare, Guesses at Truth, by Two Brothers, 1827
+125"Curiosity is the very basis of education and if you tell me that curiosity killed the cat, I say only the cat died nobly."
+49"Do not fear to be eccentric in opinion, for every opinion now accepted was once eccentric."
-29Protect your heart. Every time you love someone, you lose a piece of it forever. This does not mean you have less love; it means a part of you belongs to someone else forever.
+1What is appealing about going to a club/rave ESPECIALLY if you're under 21? You're paying $5-$20 to be in a hot room filled with 100's of people you probably don't know, with nothing to do but get sexually assaulted by strangers and whoever you went with. I mean the one good thing I can think of is the music and the hot girls, but you can find better "house music" and hotter chicks on Google.
+15I love when I am reminded that there are good people in the world. Not everybody is out just for themselves. There are good cops, good politicians, good people everywhere. Maybe the bad outweigh the good in some cases, but knowing that there are at least some good people in high positions is a comforting feeling.
