If there is no higher being that dictates what is right and what is wrong, then who does? The most powerful human being, which is very dangerous, amirite?
@PhilboydStudge Christianity is the only religion I'm familiar with, so that's what I'll talk about. Does Christian dogma say...

Christian dogma dictates human morality, faith and worship. I believe that the fifth commandment (you shall not kill) covers animal cruelty. "You shall not kill" doesn't just mean "don't kill people." It means a lot more actually. I won't go into that because you probably don't care.

But I assume you're referring to 9/11.. and I must say that a mentally healthy religious person would not fly a plane into a building either. So your statement there means nothing. In fact, Christianity teaches to forgive those that have hurt you, including people who have murdered your family member.

Usually I'd agree with you. I'm in a bad place right now, so that kind of swayed this post.

To most Christians, the Bible is like a software license. Nobody actually reads it, they just scroll down to the bottom and click "I agree.", amirite?

You don't have to read it, obviously. I just thought it was a good article that proved my point.

There's nothing worse than knowing you're perfect for each other, just not now. amirite?

this broke my heart

You wish love was easy, amirite?
@MissAutumnFall That's what im talking about, lol. You have moments that really piss you off, then you also get reminded that you...

Haha, like in a long distance relationship. It just seems like everything's going against us. But congratulations!! That's amazing :)

"UN says access to contraception a human right" this headline gives you hope for the future

It actually does the opposite for me.

It'll be nice that for the month or so between the pope resigning and a new one being elected, there'll be no one on earth that claims to be infallible (at least no one that is taken seriously by so many), amirite?
@RobertSine True,ex cathedra statements are rare. But it wouldn't make any difference to me if nothing had ever been solemnly...

The pope is God's representation on earth, representation being the important word. He is the leader of the church. He doesn't claim to be God or equal to God.
And I can understand why they bother you. But that's why you're not catholic, so you don't have to follow the catholic church's beliefs and the pope. Problem solved.

You know somebody's a 90s kid if he/she was born between 1987 and 1993, amirite?

Who gives a fuck!!! What's so important about the 90s? It's like it's some cult that everyone's desperately trying to be a part of. So silly.

Spit-takes in the real world aren't as common as TV/movies make them out to be, amirite?

it actually happened to me once. it was the funniest thing ever because it wasn't fake at all. and it was milk.

I'm 14. I've never smoked. I've never made out. This is not only acceptable, but normal. amirite?
You would risk your life if it meant saving the life of someone you love, amirite?
Romnesia: the ability of the very rich to forget the context in which they made their money, amirite?
@sighcantthinkofaname Well yes Yes it does matter. I mean the obvious answer would be what if they (meaning anyone) got their money...

You're right. I should've said does it matter how, if it's legal and ethical, anyone makes their money?

You are voting for Romney this election, amirite?
