I don't know what the solution is. My cousin and his wife just recently told us they're getting divorced and I was completely shocked. They seemed like they were fine. It makes me doubt everything. But I think someone mentioned fairy tales in the comments above and I think that's a big part of it. I grew up watching and listening to these fairy tales where everything ended perfectly and you lived happily ever after. I don't know. My boyfriend and I have talked about that stuff and it's kind of sad to think that one day he might not be in my life because I love him and he means a lot to me. But what if he's not 'the one?' I don't know.. I just rambled on about irrelevant things haha
I think that I wanna believe there's gonna be that one person that I meet and fall in love with and am with forever and ever blah blah. I really hope so. Most of my family members have been divorced at least once and I hate it. So I'm planning on meeting that one person.
This is my personal perspective right now. I see hell as being a place for people who don't love God or don't want to be with him in heaven. I really think that everyone who truly loves God and wants to be with him and is sorry for his sins will eventually be in heaven with God. So I don't look at hell as a place of suffering, but rather a place where people that chose not to be with God aren't with God.
"Condemn the sin, not the sinner." God doesn't condemn anyone or cast a person away as soon as he falls into sin. God doesn't hate. He only loves, in the most perfect way. It's true that abortions and homosexuality are morally wrong according to God, but he doesn't "hate gays." He condemns actions, not people. And, because God loves us so much, we are able to repent for our sins and be forgiven because God's all-forgiving. You don't HAVE to do anything you don't want to though. If you want to be closer to God, it is a good idea to go to confession. Also, there are no pitchforks, etc. I don't even know who came up with that stuff. Hell is for people who choose not to be with God or not to love God.
True true. There's always hope!
I'm sure their not wanting children isn't because of you. I'm sure you're a great father. Who needs a fairy tale anyway

Oh, interesting. Thanks for informing me
What?
I'll remember to stay on your good side then...
Yeah, I finally got it after I saw it 2830958 times on facebook. Thanks though!
Probably a stupid question, but I'm not getting the picture. What's it supposed to symbolize?
Who gives a fuck!!! What's so important about the 90s? It's like it's some cult that everyone's desperately trying to be a part of. So silly.
Thanks, pal

But that's only my perspective
I would assume it's not so bad for people who don't love God.

I'm roman catholic.
