I think people who say that just say it as a random general thing without thinking about the nuances.
Adverts are aimed at certain people. An advert for pet food is not gonna work on if you don't have a pet. Sounds obvious but there's examples that arent as obvious. If you're a big gamer, Raid Shadow Legends adverts aren't aimed at you either, despite seeming like they are.
Not all adverts are designed to make you buy a product, some are designed to bring the product to the front of your mind so that next week you buy theirs instead of a competitor. These definitely affect everyone. You think McDonald's and Coca Cola need adverts for people to buy their products? Also these adverts work even better when they're fun or interesting and you tell people about them, means someone didn't even have to see the advert for them to be affected by it.
If you have a target you must do hard work and plan to get there.Sometimes having a good plan makes reaching your goal easier. But you should also know your limit and you should also make your life balance.Like you have to look at your health.
I have no idea how the original KFC chicken should taste, but I would try it if I saw it. I don't believe it can be worse than their default selection.

Paul Pierce was pretty notorious for having bad and very selfish takes. Kendrick Perkins also isn't exactly known for providing amazing analysis either.
Well, I'm pretty sure most IQ tests measure problem solving and critical thinking abilities rather than random trivia anyway, so there you go.
5 cents is nothing. I live paycheck to paycheck and could easily afford a 5 cent per bag charge.
Make it 5 dollars per bag and I'd probably switch.

There's a difference between being alone and being lonely you can be alone without feeling lonely they aren't mutually exclusive.

Here's the thing. A person can look tired, but not actually be tired. Whaddaya' think about that, Obama?
You should start seeing people as friends first, and then romantically. Might help with the rejection and friendship situation
I liked it
Kind of like medicine. If everything was curable then the money would be almost nonexistent
"...even after you allocated 2 minutes just to brush your teeth."
You should floss before brushing. Floss, rinse (ideally with mouthwash), brush. Don't rinse after brushing.
It's called maturity. Some people grow out of trying to impress others some don't. I could agree with this if I was still in highschool or college.
