I love South Park because, as many others have said before me, the writers are offensive sometimes to prove a point. And anyway, it's not like they only rip on one religious group or nationality or race or whatever. They poke fun at everything and everyone. I feel like South Park teaches one to laugh at oneself and find humor in negative aspects of society and life.
It's funny cause apparently when Apple first contacted him (by phone) to tell him that he won $10,000 to the iTunes Store, he didn't believe them, thought it was a prank, and hung up.
Although the filmmakers had every right to make the film, the people offended by it have every right to protest against it. That's how I see it. Here in the States, Arabs/Muslims/brown people in general will almost always be looked at funny due to the popular misconception that all brown people are terrorists. (I'm a Hindu Indian too, I'm not Arab OR Muslim.)
I love Halo. Tetris is better than CoD though. And I'd say tied with GTA. Both are pretty fun.
My favorite game (or more like game series) is still Pokemon though.
I live in the United States and I use both. Which one I use depends on what I'm talking about.
Metric: Length, Distance (due to this, speed as well), Volume.
Imperial: Temperature, Weight/Mass
It's kinda funny when people mix these up accidentally (I know this was a joke). But I've seen people say "Neil Armstrong died, RIP! I loved How I Met Your Mother so much!" and I know people need to pay more attention in school.
Humperdinck. He at least made a suite based off the story... I had to play a segment for an audition a couple years back.
42.

Where the hell is Pokemon? Or does that not count as any of the categories?

It honestly depends on the song. What if the song has a multi-person/choral part for the chorus? (ex. Pour Some Sugar On Me)

They already do stuff like that. The person who downloaded the billionth app or something got a $10k gift certificate to the iTunes Store/App Stores.

You read my mind.
Oh Jon Lajoie...

They're 18, it's consensual. I don't see why it's such a big deal to be honest.
