The republican billboard ad about Obama supporting gay marriage and abortion is terribly unconvincing, amirite?

"Obama supports gay marriage and abortion. Do you?"
Yes, yes I do.

It would be pretty cool if we all had symbols above our heads that everyone could see that expressed our current emotions, amirite?

I see a lot of room for embarassment/ awkwardness here...

Maybe obesity rates in America would decrease if restaurants gave you carrot sticks and celery (no dip) instead of bread, amirite?

Yeah, because the occasional bread before a meal served at a restaurant is totally causing the obesity problem in the U.S.

You don't actually know anyone who is a premium member on a porn site, amirite?

Maybe you do know someone who is a premium member, you just have no way of knowing that they are

You'd like a book to be dedicated to you. Or a college. But a parking garage is just weird, amirite?

I'd be happy to have anything dedicated to me. Literally anything.

Karen Klein (the bullied bus monitor in Greece, NY) doesn't deserve $600,000 in donations. Sure what happened to her was absolutely wrong on so many levels, and she deserved enough money to go on a nice vacation or something, but 600,000 dollars is a bit much, especially when it could go to things like anti-bullying foundations and the like, amirite?

I know this might sound a bit naïve ... but I saw an interview of Karen Klein, and she is such a caring and gracious woman. I'm sure she will do something to benefit others with atleast some of the money she gets. She seems like that kind of person.

While some foods are very overly aprreciated (like nutella), there are also some foods that aren't given enough credit. Take salt, for example. It's nearly impossible to cook any decent meal with out it and yet you never hear anyone talk about how amazing salt is, amirite?
@AndyBlacksmith I see people eat nutella straight from the container. Try a spoonful of salt and let me know how it tastes.

Try going a week without nutella. Now go a week without any salt in any of your food.

Actaully, no, don't do either of the statements above, beause that would be silly

Whenever your windows aren't working you can check Facebook to see what the weather's like, amirite?

Trust me, I know. I've been bullied most of my life and I agree that it's unfair for only one person to be recieving so much money and attention, but it doesn't upset me that she's getting it. Atleast someone is.

It is entirely possible that Jesus Christ, in the case that he did exist, had a mental illness or multiple ones. amirite?
@omgeetoast "in the case that he did exist" ?

Oh yeah, I'm not saying any religion is a fact, I just thought that there was historical evidence that Jesus Christ was a real person. Whether or not he could actually walk on water or come back to life is a different story. wary smilie

You want to have another life after this one, amirite?

Yeah, and I hope I don't get ripped off again next time.
No but in all seriousness I really hope there is some kind of life after death, or reincarnation of some sort. Ideally, I hope there's some type of world with no sense of time, so things would never feel old/boring and you could never get tired of doing whatever it is you're doing. Also, you would be able to choose details about your life that in this life you have no control over.

You support transgenders, amirite?

My science teacher last year was a transgender. People kept calling her a drag queen and a cross dresser and she decided to have a school meeting/assembly thing to educate us all about transgenders, and explained that she was a lady so we should politely call her Ms. And say she/her. Once it was all put out in the open and explained, everyone became super accepting and stopped making jokes. A bunch of people listed her as their favorite teacher in the yearbook (i didnt, her tests were really hard but thats beside the point).
I really think more education is whats needed on the subject. It made a huge difference at my school, and thats a group of immature 8th graders were talking about, so imagine how well it would work on adults, if they were willing to listen

Just because someone has cancer does not automatically make them "beautiful", at least aesthetically. Just because someone is in a gay relationship does not automatically make them in love. Someone with a disability is not automatically a better person than someone who is able. Facebook groups promoting these ideas need to shut the fuck up, amirite?
@kipkayify Anyone who does that makes me lose faith in humanity. I don't care how many thumbs down I get - I think Adalia Rose...

More people should compliment her on her personality. In every video they post of her she smiles and laughs and sings, and she apparently writes back to every single fan letter she gets. For such a little kid that's really amazing. People should recognize that instead of just calling her "beautiful" all the time, which she isn't.

A relationship between a student and a professor is OK, amirite?

.......... You guys do know that "realtionship" doesn't automatically mean anything sexual or romantic, right? I have a great relationship with my dog.

It's really annoying that in acne commercials the before has a picture in a tattered shirt and they look really depressed, and then in the after they look all perky and showered with a new outfit, amirite?

Before: Overweight, depressed looking girl with ugly hair
After: Glowing skin, amazing body, huge smile and a different eye color
