Let's go with cancer for one. It slows the growth and spread of many various cancers. In some cases, it has even destroyed cancer cells. Some individuals have been entirely cured of all cancer cells. This is from using cannabis containing a high percentage of CBD (cannabidiol) in large amounts over a period of time. I'm not saying it will cure everyone. The cure is somewhere in there though. With more research on the plant, breakthroughs are sure to be made.
