People shouldn't hate Valentine's Day so much. What's wrong with people celebrating someone they care about? Everyone talks about how important it is to love, but it's bad to designate a day for it? amirite?

If an elderly person has simply lost the will to live, and wants to stop taking medications and seeing doctors, then no one should interfere with that decision. They have earned the right to decide when it's their time, amirite?

It's one thing to forfeit medical care. That I can agree with. It's another thing to actively try to end your life which I don't agree with; especially if it involves asking anyone (namely a doctor) for assistance in doing it

It's strange that a lot of humans see themselves as separate from other animals in the animal kingdom in two distinct groups: human and non human animals. There's really nothing special about people other than their intelligence, in the same way there's nothing special about a cheetah other than running at 70 mph and keen hunting instincts. There's no reason for humans to think of themselves as special or seperate ... amirite?
It's deeply disturbing that the United States gave the military 687 billion dollars in 2011 alone, and NASA has only been given 446 billion since it was formed in 1958.
