I hate when people going around saying I can bench _______. But you fall in a hole, river, or off an object ext. will you be able to bench yourself out? or you will need to pull up!

Yeah. I agree. I mean, people are probably disagreeing because they're assuming you're being harsh toward overweight people. Sheesh.

My dad is overweight and he can do twelve!

by Anonymous 13 years ago

True. But I'm not even close to being overweight, yet I can't even do one. I have almost NO upper body strength, which is something I plan working on this summer.

If you can do pull ups a good way is to jump up and go down slowly putting some tension on your muscles. Visit http://bodyrock.tv for cool exercise instruction.

Thanks! I'll have to check it out.

Uh, I voted no because not everyone can, such as people without arms or people who suffer from muscle diseases. Of course everyone without an ailment should be able to do one pull up, but you said EVERYONE, so I had to vote no. I'm all for being in shape, though.

yeah I should have wrote who could, should? I wasn't posting to be right i just wanted to know if people agreed.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Sure!

by Anonymous 13 years ago

I have noodle arms and no upper-body strength but I'm slowly working on it...

by Anonymous 13 years ago
