I'm Asian, and at an extent, I agree with this. But lots of Japanese people dye their hair blonde. And actually, blonde highlights on dark hair looks great. And a lot of "emo/scene" Asians dye their hair lighter that it is. You know? I can't really explain it to make sense -.-
