Even though you don't do drugs, you still think it would be cool to see what it feels like, amirite?
by Anonymous13 years ago
Just try weed, I promise you its not that bad. Alcohol is far worse, and once you try weed you will realize that you have been lied to about it. Also you wont get addicted if you try it once, in fact, you probably wont get addicted at all. xD
by Anonymous13 years ago
I beg to differ on all points of your statement. That's just insane.
by Anonymous13 years ago
Actually, alcohol really is worse for you than weed. It is also impossible to physically be addicted to weed like it is with other drugs. Also, you can't OD on weed.
by Anonymous13 years ago
This person just said that weed isn't really that bad, alcohol is worse, etc. etc., and this is totally wrong. All drugs suck and one is not better than the other, they all kill. Let's not try to make a pros and cons list here.
by Anonymous13 years ago
Actually weed really isn't that bad... I've done it. It's actually quite lame. All it does is make you want to eat and sleep. And weed does not kill. Not to mention if all drugs suck, then there wouldn't be such thing as prescription drugs.
by Anonymous13 years ago
Prescription drugs kill if you take them in excess. OOHHH didn't think about THAT did you?? This adreniline is drving me INSANE I'm speed typing again!! Haha!!
by Anonymous13 years ago
Yes, actually I did. If you do too much of anything, its bad for you. If you too much water at once, you can die.
by Anonymous13 years ago
Weed is the dumbest thing ever, i tried it a lot and always hoped it be better and it never does. don't try it unless you want to and you CAN get addicted. i've read up on all drugs and i've witnessed it. i agree with your post tho :) sometimes better to stick with just wondering hehe
by Anonymous13 years ago
Drugs scare the hell out of me
by Anonymous13 years ago
my sister said she almost had a panic attack when she tried weed because she felt so out of control in her own body. i never want that to happen to me and i'm not scared of looking like an idiot just because i didn't want to do drugs. so not worth it.
by Anonymous13 years ago
You can control your body perfectly fine while on weed. She probably just said that to scare you.
by Anonymous13 years ago
its not that you can't control your body its that you cant control your mind like you could normally and thats scary as hell.
by Anonymous13 years ago
plus she's never done it since so i don't think she was trying to scare me
by Anonymous13 years ago
Translation of your question: "Just because you dont want to die you stil want to know what it fells like amirite??" or "Just because youdont want to be adicted to sumting that can kill you means that i can try to get adicted to sumting that can kill you because it be AWESOME to be buried in a niice glossy coffin amirite?"
O and also i like your comment LavlLavl_loves_WonWon, and Project86

There's A LOT more to drugs than just the bad stuff that they teach you in programs like DARE. If that were all there was, people wouldn't get addicted. Don't believe me? Just pop a nice green angry bomb ecstasy pill and see what I mean. Basically, what they're really saying is I wonder what it would feel like to feel SUPER SUPER amazing like those on drugs often do. Not that you should do drugs, I'm just saying there are two sides to everything. Bad health and addiction aren't the only possible outcomes to doing drugs.
by Anonymous13 years ago
Does DARE stand for Drugs Are Really Evil? I only had Red Ribbon Week at my elementary school...haha
by Anonymous13 years ago
It stands for Drug Abuse Resistance Education. They got rid of the program a few years ago cuz they needed the money and claimed that rather than convincing kids not to do drugs, it would just spark their interest in them even tho DARE was working and less kids were doing drugs...
by Anonymous13 years ago
um are u agreeing with me??? Or are u dis agreeing with me?
by Anonymous13 years ago
I think there's more than one Anonymous, but I can't tell. It's driving me crazy.

by Anonymous13 years ago

by Anonymous13 years ago

Sorry I didn't realize what you were walking about...
by Anonymous13 years ago

by Anonymous13 years ago
No sorry
by Anonymous13 years ago
That k thanks
by Anonymous13 years ago
No problem ;P
by Anonymous13 years ago
you've obviously never seen Intervention. not worth it. you get "happiness" at first then your physical AND mental health just go downhill. so much worse than if you hadn't taken anything at all
by Anonymous13 years ago
Who are you talking to?
by Anonymous13 years ago

...So you were talking to @Sodarox? o_O I'm confused...
by Anonymous13 years ago
yeah
by Anonymous13 years ago
Oh, okay.
by Anonymous13 years ago
Well.. I've smoked weed a lot. It's totally fine it just opens up your mind to thinking about things you've never even considered thinking about before. It doesn't affect your life afterwards unless you do it a lot but then you just get fuzzy.
That said, I would never go any further, only because some drugs make you extremely happy, and I would hate to go back to sober life and never be that happy again.
It is proven that weed is not addictive. People that say they are are just psychologically dependent. They are two different things.
by Anonymous13 years ago
most people aren't strong enough to tell the difference between addiction and being psychologically dependent. and thats true that it wouldnt affect your life unless you do it a lot, but that could happen
by Anonymous13 years ago
I guess the point is: go ahead and do them, just do them responsibly. I smoke once a week and I have a 4.0 GPA. Just have your priorities straight.
by Anonymous13 years ago
fuck yeah
by Anonymous13 years ago
I kno@178847 (LavLav_loves_WonWon): I have a friend that smoked weed regularly and just decided to quit so he could run a mile every day, and he did it just fine. He doesnt mind being around weed or anything. MIND OVER MATTER!
by Anonymous13 years ago
yeah you have to be strong enough to put mind over matter and not everyone is. plus, he's still young but what if he kept smoking for most of his life. he would probably get pretty fucked up later in life
by Anonymous13 years ago
he smoked weed for years
by Anonymous13 years ago
years are different than most of your life. he stopped. plus, he might still find health problems that don't become serious or surface until later
by Anonymous13 years ago
you are just so negative like seriously. Plus, how can you find health issues years down the road from quitting when your lungs repair themselves. You really know nothing about weed and its affects on people.
by Anonymous13 years ago
are you serious? im negative? sure i get that but it's not like it's some high school drama and my friends are trying to cheer me up while im crying about it being the end of the world. it's your life to do whatever you want but i want to be healthy rather than risk my life. i'm not gonna pretend that i know everything about weed but people don't just talk about the bad things about weed to scare you. why would they have to if it was almost harmless? the lungs aren't the only thing affected. and the lungs don't even fully repair themselves.

i don't know about the effects, but these people do. and are you trying to say that you DO know everything about the effects?
by Anonymous13 years ago
I mean negative like you look at everyone who's smoked as if their lives are tainted or something. A lot of hard working and successful people smoke pot, and you can live a healthy life. I know inhaling any smoke is bad for the lungs-but compare someone who smokes a pack of ciggs a day to someone who takes a couple hits of weed on the weekend or after a long day at work. There are other cleaner ways to consume weed (eating it or with vaporizer) Believe me, I have looked at many sites and professional journals that are against/for/neutral on marijuana. I wrote a persuasive research essay on marijuana legalization and got an A on that shit, and I know you have to look at both sides of the issue which I did. Having smoked it I know that it does not make you think you are invincible, doesnt make you want to kill anyone, does not make you act like an idiot, you can be productive, it does open your mind and thoughts flow freely

I also have some websites for you.

i really didn't mean to come across like i looked down on anyone who smoked because that's absolutely not true! i'm totally not denying that there are positive effects, i just don't think it's worth it compared to the negative effects. plus one hit is something like smoking four packs. i'm talking about people who smoke weed almost every day for years, not just a couple times. your brain wouldn't be affected, then. you're talking about occasional use and im talking long term. entirely different things
by Anonymous13 years ago
Its all good homes, It can be hard to translate someones tone in writing sometimes xD I agree with ya except for the one hit is 4 packs thing-that truly came from the media, i actually remember that commercial. Cigarette smoke has a ton of toxic chems in it, when people grow marijuana they use nutrients like iron and such or pretty much whats naturally in the soil, if you poured chemicals that ciggs have into soil the plant would say "FU" and die lol...anywho its all good, your choice to not smoke is good and I dont disrespect that, I have friends that dont smoke and when the bowl comes to them, they just pass it on and we're like 'yay more for us' lol
by Anonymous13 years ago
hahaha yeah its cool. i mean its possible that it was entirely made up but it has to be at least based on truth. it's true about the chemicals but just because something is natural doesn't mean it's any better for you. there are also poisons that are made only from plants and, its (obviously!) not as serious, poison oak is a plant. but whatever, i'm not gonna judge anyone on the choices they make. it's like eating mcdonalds every day or something, i wouldn't want to but it's alright that other people do
