No, I think that just means you need to look to God, because worldly desires will never be satisfied without Him.

It's a quote about God. C.S. Lewis is a Christian author. It's talking about how material things don't satisfy, because we are more than material beings, we were made to be with God in heaven, God is the desire that nothing in the world can satisfy, creation hints at God, as it is His handiwork.
