British school is normally 9am until 3:25pm. Much better IMO

7:15-1:50 Something commonly overlooked by teenagers, is that if you do set school later, you are just going to adjust your sleep to start later. Because who really wants to be tired in the morning, or spend less time awake, away from school, no one.

If school started at 12, I wouldn't leave until 7:45 x_X I go from 8:30 to 4:15
