So, whose fault is it that they missed the bus? The bus wil be there at a certain time, it's your fault if you oversleep. Gosh, I sound like a teacher, but this is honestly the truth. -prepares for getting flamed-

I don't know about you but where I live, there is NEVER a bus that is on time/early. They're always late.

lol I agree with the comment above me, it's your fault you missed the bus.. but anyway, what if the BUS was late to school becaus of traffic or whatever? the principal still makes me sign in as tardy! so my parents got me bus rides to go to school in the morning so I won't be late, but the driver doesn't arrive early so WTF it's not my fault I'm late for school! yet still I get marked tardy :/ and every freakin mark counts in highschool :S ugh sorry I needed to rant :p thank god it's summer

At my school, if you were ON THE BUS and the bus is late, it's an excused tardy, but if you got to school on your own transportation (car ride, bike ride, walking) and you get there a minute after the bell rings, you're considered late

I think that you shouldn't be catching a bus that only leaves you with a couple of minutes to spare...
