+358 We all know that Justin Beiber sucks, but if anyone asks why you think that you respond with "because he's just a kid and he sounds like a girl." Might I remind everyone of the start of Michael Jackson's career? amirite?

A few things: Michael Jackson WAS a kid. Beiber is 16. And still sounds like a girl. Michael Jackson started with a group, which he was a part of, but the group also somewhat HELPED. Beiber is all alone and terrible. Michael Jackson wasn't autotuned. Or not to the extent Beiber is. JUSTIN CANNOT FRICKING DANCE. AT ALL. He's just...So unbelievably boring and bland and there's nothing artistically special about him whatsoever. He's the poster child for every cute tween boy out there that's only popular because of his tween girl following. He's not musically talented, despite what people have been believing.

You are so incredibly right that I am now jealous.

That is exactly what I was going to say, except not phrased as well.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

word.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

that was my point too. Micheal Jackson sounded like a girl until the day he died. no offence.

@212658 (Melissaaa101408): Very true.

I don't think Michael sounded like a girl. He just sounded like a guy with a falcetto (however you spell that) voice. There is a difference. But I'll upvote for funny points. :P

Michael Jackson made good music. Bieber doesn't.

I never liked michael jackson's music either.. xD

MJ had lyrics. JB has at most 5 repeating words, then gets other people to rap/sing in his songs and he has another hit.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

I dont know whether to say yes or no, its just a statement.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

jackson didn't sing about bein in love at a young age, nor was he an idiotic, overrated teenager.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Ever heard the song ABC? Technically it's the Jackson 5 that wrote and performed it, but michael was a part of that. And little MJ was singing all about teaching her to love.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

yeah, but that was when he was cute and little. its like a six year old proposing to another six year old, you know.

I actually think justin is somewhat talented. I just think he's over popularized. He was good when he was just a youtuber, once he got discovered things kinda went downhill, in my opinion at least. As for his voice, I still know a lot of guys who haven't had their voices drop who are 16/17.... And no. I'm not a fan girl.

Justin Beiber sings the most mainstream garbage out there. His music is the most generic junk in the world, and he does it just so it will sell and make him money. What will bringing Ludacris into this do? Just make him and Ludacris money, they don't really care about each other at all, or their music. And his lyrics? He's just some 15 year old who thinks he knows what love is. Or not, because someone else probably writes all his stuff for him.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Well honestly I think the kid's just trying to have fun, it's probably just the record label pushing all the cheesy junk because they know that tween girls apparently love it for some reason. :/

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Record companies were already the devil, though.

The intelligent comments on here totally pwn your amirite. The difference is talent: whether they both had high voices or not, Michael Jackson was groundbreaking; he transformed the music industry by making *good* music. Justin beiber produces crap.

Michael Jackson was an extremely talented kid, something that Justin Beiber THINKS he is. Think of how much technology has advanced since MJ recorded to now, obviously Michael had to have some talent because unlike Justin, his voice wasn't completely recreated. Justin Beiber's career will be nothing like Michael Jackson's, face it.

How can anyone compare Michael Jackson to anyone? Let alone Justin Bieber?? I mean, really? Michael Jackson was, is, and will forever be the King.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

MJ had a little boy voice, not a girl voice. I have never once freaked out thinking that the "girl" singing was taylor swift. later, he had a kind of high voice, but you could tell it was a guy, and it was a SEXY guy voice!!! :)
