But it would be unfair if they're buying weed with their welfare money. Same with cigarettes, alcohol, and lottery. Too bad there's not a good method of seeing if someone is spending their welfare on crap they don't need to survive.

sounds like no one is aware of what addictions actually do. that welfare should just be used to send them to rehab if they have a positive result.
