I have a friend like that... Sort of. She will act like a completely different person around some of her "friends", but when it is her and her real friends it's actually her. We went on a day trip with a club at school on which her "friends" didn't go, and we saw a side of her that we hadn't since she started hanging out with them. I think she realizes this but is too afraid to break it off with the bitch that thinks they are best friends. That "friend" completely ruined our group's trust/friendship. I just wish she wouldnt become this mean girl that she honestly isn't around them.

I hit no way because I can't hate a person that doesn't exist. The person you described and the word "friend" cannot exist together. They're complete contradictions.
