What I do is draw a rectangle that has the perfect proportions of a door--i.e., it has to be taller than it is wide, but not too tall (unless I'm building a cathedral door).

when my old computer sucked, I would try to draw a microwave while the browser was loading because every once in a while the screen would freeze and the box wouldn't disappear when you'd let go.
