It's okay to be an eagle scout in high school, but I wouldn't consider it "cool".

Girl Scout cookie season is the highlight of high school life. You're obviously missing out. Drop me in the middle of a forest and, yes, I'll wish I had an eagle scout with me. Drop me in the middle of a high school cafeteria and I'm looking for the girl scout with the cookie bag.

Yeah, to other people girl scouts sound pretty lame, but its different when you see what we do. Alot of troops do as much camping and out doors type stuff as boy scouts, and our Gold Award (the equivalent to the Eagle) has just as many, if not more requirements than the Eagle.

I'm still a Girl Scout and I'm a Junio12. It provides a lot of opportunities with college. I'm sticking to it. I love being a scout :)

i am a girl scout but i've noticed the negative reactions i get when i say i'm still a girl scout when i'm a junior in high school. but one of my guy friends that says he's an eagle scout gets a lot more of an accepting reaction. i do have my gold award but it's not something we girl scouts can really publicize rather than for college apps or announcing it. for eagle scouts they have the title, like even though i have my gold award i'm still only a girl scout. whereas the guys that get the eagle award are eagle scouts. do i make sense? and cookies are the best time of the year to be a girl scout

At my school, if you are an Eagle Scout you are going to have a wayyyy worse rep than if you are a Girl Scout. Although in my troop, we basically just make fun of how big of dorks other girl scouts are. So ima have to go with that I love my troop, but like most girl scouts remind me of snails... (btw I'm a girl scout, in case your stupid and didn't get that.)

I'm a juliet, which means I'm a girlscout that doesn't belong to a troup (I'm in it for the camps) I call it the 'vigilanties (really bad spelling) of girlscouts'
