I understand that this is extremely "deep" and everything, but I don't understand what it means. Could you explain it?

it means when you are doing something really amazing and happy in your life, don't ruin the moment by thinking about the future and how you're gonna look back on it, just enjoy what happens as it happens

Oh I get it. That works most of the time, but you can't live in the moment if it will ruin your future.

like instead of recording a show that your at and not actually watching the live performance. you may never get moments like that again.
