good for u

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Do you mean "Good for you"?

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Wow U are a douche

by Anonymous 13 years ago

So are you for saying "good for u", that's annoying.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Weren't you the one who complained about Americans calling their version of Football "Football?" And now it's soccer, huh? Make up your mind.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

That was the point of that post, I have to say soccer to avoid confusions. The point of the other post was that everyone called it football, but it's not possible, so I have to say soccer.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Haha srry don't like people bad mouthing. My bad

by Anonymous 13 years ago

No apology necessary. Like i said, it was my fault.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Did you know: The words "soccer" and "football" were both commonly used back in th 1800. So both terms are correct and there's no need to fuss over them.

I think the World Cup has opened up some American's eyes, because they have started to show club games on ESPN now, it's actually pretty exciting, people join me when I'm out in the street kicking the ball around by myself now

by Anonymous 13 years ago

I hate watching soccer (I'm from America so I call it soccer) on ESPN. The announcers suck and the camera work is horrible. I don't wanna hear about how many times that guy kicked the ball in his career and I don't want a close up of his face when there's a free kick going on. (I'm not angry at you I just had to rant about soccer on ESPN. Sorry that you got a notification for this haha)

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Oh it's no problem, I was just saying I'm happy that ESPN is showing soccer too, because normally if you want to watch soccer, it's some impossible channel you have to order.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Oh I'm lucky then. I live near Seattle so I get soccer on the same channel as my news.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Oh nice, yeah I'm in North Carolina and we don't get that

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Aw I'm sorry to hear that.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

The last world cup was much much better though... This one wasn't very exciting in comparison.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

I got to agree, none of the teams expected to do good, did good. It was pretty dissapointing and none of my favorite teams got past the bracket

by Anonymous 13 years ago

"Uruguay's goal was good, but it was a penalty." From a friend, referring to Diego Forlan's goal against Ghana: it was a freekick, not a penalty. This shows that EVERYONE watches the WC no matter how little they know about the sport.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

And I have to say, I can truthfully say I've been a football fanatic since the WC of 2006 made me one.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

I've been a soccer fanatic since 2005, when my club (I live in Brazil) was World Club Cup champion against Liverpool. I thought this World Cup was better than the last one though.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

I've always loved soccer! I've been playing on travel teams since I was seven! And now I'm 15. GO GERMANY!

PURPOSE OF THIS POST WAS NOT TO OFFEND ANYONE. Thank you
