"...yet denounce ALL forms of theism even though science itself contains some proof." OP is saying that science itself contains some proof that there is a higher power out there. I'm not convinced either way myself. I don't believe in the Biblical God, that's for sure, but I think there is a possibility that there is something greater than ourselves out there. It's the height of arrogance when people claim to "know" how the Universe was created, or what happens after you die. There's no way to know for sure, and Genesis and the Big Bang are both theories. The difference between science and religion is that if a scientist comes up with a better theory, the old one would be discarded and the new one would replaced as the accepted theory. They admit that they might not be right. Christians, on the other hand, have ONE theory, and no matter the flaws in it, (which are many) they stick to that theory and believe everyone else is wrong.

im agnostic here, and I would say that there is some science to back up intelligent creation-but you can not think of it like christians do, as in if there IS indeed some creator, I am sure this being doesnt give a fuck what we do on earth and isnt watching us all the time and there arent any 'rules' and shit like that-it would simply be a being that keeps things in motion. Check out Morgan freemans into the wormhole on youtube, there si an episode where they investigate this it is quite interesting actually

As an agnostic I think the truth is thai people have faith only out of fear. Everyone is afraid that when they die they truly no longer exist. Fear is a powerful tool. The bible seems to be one of the most terrifying things in existence. Im personally afraid it might hold some truth. Unfortunately for christians I use logic and reason to govern my life not fear.

I believe in god because according to my personal research it's truth. I don't think atheists are stupid and neither are people from other faiths. I keep His commandments not for Him but for me. Call me crazy but my life is better when i do. I am not narrow minded nor am i trying to convert anyone. I am just living my life the way i like it best. People have to stop belittling that. If you find it stupid then don't do it.

Basically, many Biblical events concede with science as far as what happened, but the times they happened are disagreed upon. So, yeah. Christians who are like the Rennissance people who thought fossils were fake because the animals weren't specifacally mentioned in the Bible and aren't still around are complete idiots.
