This is kind of hard to judge, because I haven't met every single person on the Earth, so I have to go off what I know and I know a lot of funny people of both genders. Only voted this NW because my mom is the funniest person I know :)

Its not natural, its a society thing. Its funny when a guy is the class clown and goofs off, its funny. If a girl was to do the exact same thing, its "weird".

Nope. As others have pointed out, there is a social stigmatism attached to girls who try to be funny. It is getting better, but they still face an uphill cultural battle.
