People take this site too seriously, of course it's funny. If not drunk, what about sedated from surgery or something? My dog was hilariously high after getting her knee surgery.

My uncle used to soak cherries in beer/wine and feed them to the birds. It was hilarious, they'd fall asleep in the middle of a flight, and when they hit the ground, they'd wake up and try to take of again but forget to flap!
