I have someone like that. He once texted me daring me to have a drinking contest. We're both 13. He also once woke me up at 11:34, 12 minutes after we stopped talking because I told him I needed to get up at 7. Once, I told him I was eating McDonald's and he said I should have asked him to pay for it, I would just owe him a favor of equal or lesser value later.
