Maybe this post is just untimely, but Sarah Palin wasn't going to 'run the country,' she would have been Vice President, a position that offers much, much less power than that of the President. And Obama has done plenty-- if anything, the Republicans have been setting him back. Take, for instance, the recent vote to repeal his healthcare bill. That's going to cost $230,000,000,000.

So you're telling me that, if it goes into affect, it won't cost a lot? So struggling middle class families won't go under to pay for other people? Sure, socialized health care might work for other nations, but America is MUCH too big, population-wise. Besides, my ancestors did just fine without health care, and they lived before air was "cleaner" and when there was less immunity to diseases.

Obama is the face of the government and everything they do wrong will fall on him. I don't think it is just the president who is responsible, it is the cabinet the president elects and other individuals. If you look at the failure of our government then i think you have to look at the other positions too.
