+336 People who use "modded" guns and "modded" controllers to win at games (E.x; Halo, Borderlands, COD) should just be banned from the gamer world completely, they ruin the fun out of playing. amirite?

Meh... haters. I don't have one, but if I did I'd use it, and so would you. *shrug*

Actually, I have 3 modded guns in Borderlands, and a Modded shield. I normally don't use the guns because I have a badass pistol and can 1 hit K.O with it since I get critical hits I'm surely not a hater. Like I said, they ruin the fun.

LOLOL "they ruin the fun out of playing"

by Anonymous 13 years ago

i've never seen em' in PS3

by Anonymous 13 years ago

i hate that, they just do that cause they cant win the game normally

by Anonymous 13 years ago

That is only true with little kids who buy the mods. Professional people who make them have the skills necessary, but decided to make a little money by selling them. It is a legit business. Your comment gives me the impression that you can't win the game "normally" either.

lets also include MP40 and UMP-Silenced bitches

Okay, not all of that is true. In competitive games it is unfair. Yes. But they did work for it. It costs money for mods. Another point is modded guns in Borderlands. I got every achievement in the game, all four classes level 50. (No DLC or anything). THEN I found a guy who gave me some modded guns. After I thought that I had run out of fun things to do I found something a little extra. The modded guns were superior and fun to use. Now remember: the game is cooperative. In no way did I have an "Unfair-advantage". I used these guns to help beginning players if they were top get in trouble. Not all mods are bad, it depends on how you use them. If you're just messing around, or being helpful it is fine. If you're using it unfairly then it is a different story. Don't assume that all mods are bad. In fact, never assume anything. That just makes an Ass out of U and Me.

true, sometimes even hackers are fun so yeah...

Well, I'm just stating my opinion. I Find it very annoying in Halo 3 when you have a bunch of "privates" and "Gunnery Sergeants" running around with the "Semi-Automatic Pistol" I'm a First Lieutenant(Obviously by Choice since I don't want to rank up any further) but back when I was a Gunnery Sergeant, all I would get was people with Auto Mag, and Auto Shotgun people. I'm aware people make money off of it, but really, it just shows you have no skill and have to cheat to win.

I agree, but if you have a modded controller/gun then it doesn't prove skill at all.

People who use mods aren't ruining the game at all compared to people who do 10th prestige lobbies. I worked frickin hard to get to 10th prestige legit, but it doesn't mean shit anymore because every other person has 10th prestige hack so you can't believe anyone who says they're legit. Plus, now they can mod your achievements. I spent a looong time getting 1000 GS on MW2, and now it's all for nothing. Hackers ruin the fun of the game.

People who use mods are in fact ruining the game. Especially in Borderlands. I'm not saying I haven't used a mod, but I normally don't. They take the fun out of playing.
