this actually happened to my friend and his GF, he took her to the emergency room on prom night for abdominal pains, ended up being in labour with a healthy baby girl a couple hours later. the baby was in her sideways or something and she did not show at all

I call bullshit on that show. A girl doesn't miss her period for 9 months and think everything's A-okay. Even if she does get concerned, she would go to a doctor, and he would be able to tell her she's pregnant. There's no way you can go 9 months not knowing you're pregnant.

Maybe the girl had really light periods before she got pregnant, and then she had slight spotting during the pregnancy.
