I can imagine it being really awkward at the premiere when the actors are with their wife/husband. I'd feel like hiding if I was them.. haha

The male actor looks down at the beautiful , scantily-clad/naked actress beneath him, looking at him with lust & longing, her hands running over his body…….CUT! Try to look as if you want her, ffs! Take 22! He looks around him at the faces of the camera men, director, lighting crew, & all the others eagerly awaiting that perfect shoot… The girl can easily fake it: most women have to do that regularly! But I doubt if any guy could achieve/maintain an erection in those circumstances. That‘s the magic of cinema
