+1,426 One can go through high school and never take a sip of alcohol and do drugs/smoke, amirite?

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Yea if you're a pathetic loser who never gets invited to any parties.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Or your just a good person who doesn't want to harm their bodies!!!

by Anonymous 13 years ago

yeah, but just cus someone drinks or smokes weed DOES NOT mean they are a bad person, they can funcion and get good grades too....also just wait till you get into college....

by Anonymous 13 years ago

you dont have to be a bad person to drink/smoke but its damn sure not the healthiest thing to do...

by Anonymous 13 years ago

or if you're just not stupid.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

This post has already been done before.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

My mum says she's never smoked a cigarette or done drugs in her life. This is easy to believe because just a few months ago she got her first passport - she's 44.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

What the fuck does getting a passport have to do with anything involving alcohol or drugs? You do not need a passport to do either.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

I bet I can. I don't see why people think drinking/smoking is so cool. It really isn't.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Not necessarily cool, but certainly fun. If you go your whole life without ever even trying a sip of alcohol, you're certainly missing out. I can't really say the same for smoking tho... Smoking just seems pointless to me...

by Anonymous 13 years ago

In high school and college, there really isn't a point. Alcohol, I can understand. My mother doesn't really enjoy drinking, but even she drinks at social events. Just not when it's illegal. You can mess up your future.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

weed is actually better than alcohol, and you cant EVER die from it, or become violent from it...unlike alcohol,

by Anonymous 13 years ago

I know. I think weed should be legalized. I'd never use it, but it's not as bad as tobacco or alcohol. It's not as addicting and if you quit cold turkey, you won't die.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Wow way to steal my post lameo.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

I did it, personal choice. Had fun. Went to parties that had it. No big deal.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

I'm going into grade twelve.. I've never smoked or drank any alcoholic drink. I don't feel like I'm missing out at all. You can have just as much fun sober as when you're drunk.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

How do you know if you can have just as much fun if you've never even tried it? You have no room to say anything about it.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

I'm saying it based on what other people have told me who DO drink. They say that you can still have fun without alcohol. I'm just repeating what I've been told, and I'm only repeating it because I'm sure they are correct.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

you should be genuinly proud of yourself... your being a positive role model to kids like me that you dont even know...

by Anonymous 13 years ago

One can do it, but most people choose not to.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

I did it... not because I'm a "loser." I chose to. My father did drugs and was an angry drunk and abused my mom when I was little. I never will try it.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Similar reasons to why I haven't done drugs or drank.. alcoholism runs in people's genes. It's on both sides of my family and I don't want to risk it. I've seen how much it can hurt others. It's not worth it.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Exactly! Thanks for understanding

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Yeah, if you're lame. I mean I'm all for abstaining. I dislike smoking and sloppy drunk people and people who need those things to have fun. But, really. A sip or even a slight puff? Experimenting isn't bad. Neither is moderation. (:

by Anonymous 13 years ago

you do not become sloppy when high on weed, also the effects wear off in less time than alcohol-about 2 hours, so you can be sober in time to drive

by Anonymous 13 years ago

I changed my vote to "no way" because "Yeah you are!" had 420 votes. =P

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Eh, it's more fun to try everything. But I respect those who don't want to.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

same, its called experiencing life and living it to the fullest cus we dont now how much more time we have

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Only if you're a loser.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

or SMART

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Look, if you don't agree with not ever drinking or smoking or whatever, OK. Don't put other people down for their choices, calling them lame or losers. You can live life to the fullest while you're completely sober too. As to taking a sip or puff, doing that can lead to addiction or wanted more. Agree to disagree, people.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

I was not putting you down by saying it was living life to the fullest and I understand you can do that without experiencing drugs, but some people would like to have those experiences and it does not mean they will ruin their life if they do. And addiction is all on the person sipping or puffing, alcohol is indeed far more addicting than weed I must say.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Maybe not you specifically, but other people definitely put people like that down. And yeah, I totally agree, I was just pointing out some stuff to pot heads and alcoholics who don't know any different. But I mean the constant bicker between teenagers and adults alike about it is ridiculously annoying. Let people make their own choices and accept that.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Living proof right here

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Honestly, I wish I never drank/smoked. I am sixteen and will be a Junior in high school. I get good grades and my father absolutely worships me for the good things that I do. I have smoked pot and hookah a few times, and have had a few drinks. It had no effect on me, and only ruined my perfect record. It's a stupid decision.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

your health is not completely destroyed though from those couple experiences and I do give you props for at least TRYING something and then making a decision based on your experience-this gives you more credibility in my book. Its weird sometimes weed doesnt work for people usually they are not inhaling properly or have some sort of mental walls put up and they just dont get high
