The Nany FTW!!! And Niles was definately the best character because of his constant tormenting of C.C. (spoiler alert: they ended up together!) and witty comments about everything :D

well of course she's awesome, but I meant as a regular character, in every single episode yetta and fran's mom are both considered guest stars
