My opinion is that the question itself is confusing (which is implied). So I was wondering if anyone agreed. Wierd, I know, but whatever.

I think it would do both, because though it may kill the bacteria it would leaye a grubby mark on the floor from where it dried....... i accidently got hand sanitiser on my beautifully clean violin i had just polished and it left a mark :'( i nearly cried.
