When I read your name I automatically thought of Harry Potter.

Especially when the people dress them up as a pumpkin or something stupid. I especially hate it when they SHAVE their hair to look like other things.

I can't dress my dogs up. They get annoyed with a little headband for holiday pictures.

Hey. As the somewhat proud owner of a punt-able dog, I can tell you that, during the snowy winter, when she goes outside, she gets these ice balls clinging to her stomach, and if we don't painstakingly pick every one of them off, she gets frostbite. So we have to put her in a ridiculous sweater, which my other dog thinks automatically makes her the coolest stuffed toy ever.

My dog has a flea allergy that makes him scratch so much he is losing fur. He has a sweater for winter and a tshirt for when he shivers and it's only kinda cold. He also has a thicker jacket for the snow. He gets excited when I'm about to put them on him, but I only do it if he needs them.

Putting clothes on dogs to make them look "pretty" is wrong. If you do that, I hope the dog bites your fingers off. Putting dog jerseys or dog rain jackets on them, with a valid reason, is okay. Valid reasons include: 1. It's really cold. This doesn't apply to all dogs, as some have thick enough fur to keep themselves warm. If the dog is small, has thin fur, or is old, then there is nothing wrong with it. I have four dogs, all small breeds, two boys and two girls. The boys' fur keeps them warm, but the girls both need jerseys, especially now in winter. 2. It's raining and the dog needs to be outside. There are special dog raincoats for this. 3. The dog is sick and needs extra warmth. 4. The dog needs to walk somewhere where there could be thorns. Then dog boots and a dog jersey would be helpful. ^ All of these are okay, provided the dog is comfortable.

I only put those sweaters on my dogs when they're about to go outside in the winter, or when they are shivering.
