No one wants to feel remorse for their actions. One would rather be angry then to have to deal with the troubling feeling of guilt. We all have a guilty conscience. Except social and psychopaths.

That depends: is the thing I feel that way about something to be angry about or something to be guilty about? Angry feels better than guilty, but it's not always more fitting.
