I think he means the ones with the chocolate or fruit jelly in swirls (Skippy) or columns (Goober). I just pick the ratio I want case by case, depending on my mood and the type of bread so I never mix.

Organic and freshly made peanut butter will often have oil that collects at the top, and you have to stir it in.
