+464 It's okay to have a boyfriend who is 7 months and 1 day younger than you, but a grade younger, amirite?

by Anonymous 13 years ago

This is a complete guess, but would you by any chance have a boyfriend who is 7 months 1 day younger than you?

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Depends on what grade you two are.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

this only matters in highschool, like afterwards who cares

by Anonymous 13 years ago

My first girlfriend was a year, one month, and 7 days older than me, but in the same grade.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

This is stupid. My boyfriend is 2 years and 16 days older than me. Not a big deal... at all.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Believe it or not, in the real world no one gives a fuck.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

how about if you're girlfriend is 3 years older than you? and you're in 9th grade, is that bad?

by Anonymous 13 years ago

It probably won't last anyway.

I have a girlfriend who is 49 and I'm 6 (and a half), is that bad?

by Anonymous 13 years ago

I'm 7 months and 2 days old, and I had sex with someone that was 7 months and 1 day younger than me, is that okay?

by Anonymous 13 years ago

No that would not be okay due to obvious reasons:P I know what you are trying to say (I think) like if you are dating some 4 years younger, you can say that you were 8 when they were 4 and that would sound weird but as you age, this difference really doesn't make difference. But you know what, unless someone is born on your birthday, even if someone is your age you could still have up to a few months difference.

my boyfriend is 4 years older than me...that age shit is only considered a big deal in high school, out here in real life no one cares

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Its a big deal because of maturity levels, I guess. The difference, maturaity wise, between a 7th grade student and a 9th grade student, is quite a lot. After all, girls are shown to mature a great deal faster then boys. This doesn't become so much a problem when you are out of school.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

I've never understood that. I mean, how do you define maturity? Most of the girls I know act unbelievably immature compared to guys their age.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Its to do with brain development. As girls go into puberty faster then boys, their brain development also starts faster then boys. This is under much debate. Its all to do with neuroscience research in brain development. (google it xD)

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Oh no, I understand that, scientifically, girls mature faster than boys, it's just that it doesn't seem to match up with what I see around me.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

My boyfriend is three years older than me. We're still in highschool. But because he's the older one, I guess out maturity levels match up :)

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Most people a grade younger that you aren't a full 12 months younger (sometimes they can be more though). If you think about it, you can be 7 months older than someone in your grade, even if you are both born in the same year. So really, its no big deal.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

In school I think it depends. That's the age when people start getting more mature than others, while others remain immature. Like I said, it depends.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

I've never dated someone who wasnt at least in a grade higher than me, I just happen to think all the guys in my grade are extremely immature. It's not a big deal..

by Anonymous 13 years ago

My boyfriend is 7 months, give or take, younger than me. It doesn't matter at all; and I'm going into HS while he is still in MS. Nobody who matters cares.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

If you're in school, I don't think people would think a relationship is weird if your boyfriend is a grade above or below. Or even 2 either way! I'm guessing that's what you really want to know!
