+276 People need to stop dissing skinny people before they get as insecure as fat people, amirite?

I get teased a lot about how skinny I am. People call me anorexic or bulimic and I constantly feel ugly and disgusting because of it :(

but youre so beautiful goo

You don't look bulimic and you aren't ugly!

People need to stop making everyone feel insecure.

Exactly! I don't like the part about fat people at the end, I think that no one deserves to be treated badly about how they look. Yes, skinny people shouldn't be made fun of but fat people shouldn't have to put up with ridicule either.

Just like some people can't help but be really skinny, others can't help but be overweight. It's not right to make fun of anyone for how they look, and it's one of the reasons I have a huge problem with the second half of this post. Also, there are some people that are "fat" that aren't insecure at all. We just need to stop lumping everyone into groups.

I do very much hate it when fat people try to build themselves up by belittling skinny people. Often skinny people work very hard to look that way and it is an admirable accomplishment.

I hate when people say things like, "real women have curves." I'm naturally skinny; I couldn't get fat if I wanted to. Does that mean I'm Nita real woman? And I hate when people try to blame my body type for eating disorders. It makes me really sad that people starve themselves, but it is in no way whatsoever my fault.

I was going to say exactly the same thing. "REAL women have curves!" "HEALTHY is being a size 8 and proud!" are some of the stupid things people have told me. What they don't realize is that my body type is such (lean + tall+ athletic) that for quite a while I was dangerously underweight (85 lbs) for my age and height and the amount of exercise I did. I started getting heart palpitations and actually had to work to GAIN weight to be healthy. And I'm hoping to be a model, but people go on about how models have the bodies of 12-year-old boys, and that they're walking clothes hangers, etc. Overweight people need to stop slamming naturally thin people for being skinny, it's not our fault, just as its not our fault that they sit on the couch and eat Ben&Jerry's all day. It's just a form of bullying. Sorry for the rant, I'm just passionate about this. :/

My whole life people have called me anorexic and what not. I'm so sick of it. I try to put on weight but I honestly just can't.

Wow, I don't know where the people above me have been living but where I'm from the skinnier you are the better; anyone size 8 and above is looked down on and called fat (such as me). But I definitely agree that skinny people shouldn't be made fun of, though I have never seen that happen before in my life.
