Second/third cousins mean that you and the person in question have parents/grandparents who are cousins. Removed means that it's one generation up/down. So your first cousin once removed is your cousins kid. Therefore, your third cousin twice removed means that this person's grandparent is your grandparent's cousin.

1st cousin, once removed is the child of your first cousin. your child and that child would be second cousins

I think that would be your third cousin's grandchild. And your third cousin would be your grandparents cousin.

1st cousins share the same grandparents, 2nd share the same great grandparents, and 3rd share the same great great grandparents. When you 'remove' someone it means that they are a certain amount of generations before you. So your 3rd cousin twice removed is your cousin who shares the same great great grandparents as you and is 2 generations older than you:)
