Men get ear hair, beer bellies, lose their hair and get man boobs. So no they do not age better. Plus women can use hair dye, makeup and creams to take care of the problems of aging but men get called gay.

by aging better, i think the OP means age more gracefully. This would be true in todays society where many women, rather than accepting their age and acting accordingly, go lengths just to hide their age.

That's because of society's attitudes towards women and their appearance vs. men and their appearance. When men get old, turn grey, get wrinkles, they're 'aging gracefully', 'more dignified'. When women get old, it's, "Quick! Get the woman some Botox before she blinds everyone with her hideous wrinkles! Gasp!"

I think it has something to do with the amount of makeup women wear, and all the products they use. If men wore makeup as well, I think they might age in a similar way, but men would probably still age a little better than women.
