-232 Not all Republicans are racists. But if you think about it; all racists are Republicans. amirite?

What do you have against Republicans >:P

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Not all, but most.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Republican> Democrats anyday, this post just proves it more.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Why? So you guys can vote in another George bush and put our country another 94 trillion dollars in debt? K... if that's what you want...

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Republicans don't always just vote for republicans...it doesn't work that way. Republicans just share certain views.

A different anonymous here. "Republicans don't always just vote for republicans...it doesn't work that way." Actually, no matter how selfish it seems; that is exactly how it works(for the most part). Democrats vote for Democrats because they share the same views, as oppose to the views of Republicans. Same thing for the Republicans. Neither side wants to see a man/woman of a rival party, "win the race". Sometimes I feel it's more than politics; it's to see which party is better. When really, neither has been proven to be outright better than the other.

I agree Bush sucked but this post is just rude, Republicans support black rights so I don't see why they would be racist.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

I agree. The republican party was founded to help blacks to their freedom. But times have changed. To a point where we have extremist conservatives, and people like Glen Beck and Limbaugh. The poster might have been reacting to that. The post is not saying that Republicans are all racists. But that all racists are Republicans. Maybe not all of them, but thanks to the extremist conservatives.... Republicans are kinda getting a bad rap. Because what do people think of when they hear the word conservatives: Democrats or Republicans?

There are a few problems with this post: 1. You're looking at the stereotypical view of Republicans-the hardcore, Rush Limbaugh, Obama is socialist, 2nd Amendment Republicans. The problem with that is that's actually a minority of Republicans. Beyond that, not even all of them are racist. 2. You're only thinking white people can be racist. Minorities tend to vote Democrat, correct? There are a lot of racist minorities as well. Don't forget that

Democrat and Republican aren't the only political parties.

George Bush wasn't the one who put our country in so much debt. Obama has spent trillions of dollars and has yet to do something good for our country

by Anonymous 13 years ago

(Anonymous):January 20, 2001: George Bush enters office despite losing the popular vote. The government has a $300 billion SURPLUS. January 20, 2009: George Bush leaves office. The government is $1.5 trillion in debt and the country is facing the biggest series of problems since the 1930's thanks to republican policies.

You deal with Terrorist attacks, and Hurricane Katrina, plus multiple other problems, then we'll talk.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

I know that he went through a lot, but that's what he signed up for. The greatest presidents are great because they were able to lead our country through adversity. Besides, he screwed up on almost every big problem he was faced with. I can understand messing up some things, but he was ridiculous.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

yeah but with obama we are now 13 TRILLION in debt and what has he done with that money? nothing! he has spent more money than ALL other presidents COMBINED( thats a true fact) and of course there are some crazies in the republican party but there are crazies in the democratic party too. and there are racists in both partys also, its not just the republican!

For one thing, you are confusing public debt with federal debt. There's a difference. Under Obama, the Federal Defecit (the one run by the government) has gone from $1.5 trillion to $1.8 trillon, a modest increace considering all of the enormous problems he's had to solve. The federal defecit is expected to start decreacing during Obama's fourth year, the first time it has done so since before Bush. Also, as I said before, bush took us from a $300 billion surplus to a $1.5 defecit, a total spending of $1.8 trillion. And btw he's actually been getting a lot of stuff done, probably the most in such a short period of time since LBJ. Just yesterday, he passed the financial reform bill which is designed to prevent another catastrophe like the Great Recession.
