This happened to me today. So I went and had a shower and when I got out of the shower it was 12:15 so I ate lunch. :)

Well actually, and i might be wrong, but i believe the definition of breakfast is "the first meal of the day." Now usually it takes place in the morning, but since it's the first meal of the day, it's whatever you first eat

Exactly! Whenever I wake up late, I just have a breakfasty meal even if it's noon, and I eat lunch and dinner later.
