I'm really having trouble thinking of an insect that buzzes when it flies other than flies. I don't think bees even buzz, do they? I'm at music camp, and every day I have to walk past a flower orchard to get to my classes. The place is full of bees, and I can't remember any of them buzzing.

I have to put my foot down on mosquitoes...those things are freaking silent. They land, suck your blood, and get out before you know what hit you.

mosquitoes do buzz, it's a high pitched buzzing sound. they're pretty quiet though, so the room would have to be silent for you to be able to hear it.
