Why do people go back with someone multiple times they know are going to hurt them? It's like repeatedly touching a hot stove. "I know this stove will hurt me from past experience; I'm going to hope that this next time is different and it won't burn me." Amirite?

But then you burn your hand just the same by keeping it there. :/ Maybe they should try a safer appliance. Like a microwave, or a juicer.
