That actually turned out not to be true. Blake Lively did an interview and said that Taylor's dog was a female named Petal, so that story was just a rumor. However, Taylor Momsen did recently flash an entire crowd at one of her shows. Girl's got issues.

Miley is not that bad. I'm not saying she's an angel, cause she's not. But at least she doesn't smoke. (if she does, at least not in public to show off the fact that she does) And she didn't flash an entire crowd of people like Taylor did.

Really? Smoking is what makes her a "bad" person? What about the racy photoshoots Miley did, or the picture of her in the shower with *some* clothes on. I'm not really in to pop culture, so those may be false stories, but that's waaaay worse than smoking >.>

The fact that she smokes doesn't make her a bad person, it's that she's underage and smoking. And I didn't say that Miley didn't do anything bad, I was saying that what she did isn't as bad as what Taylor did.
