It's easy when your enemy is near sighted and partially deaf. The fact that a box of bandages can completely heal you from multiple gunshot wounds also helps.

Oh let's not forget the fact it's supposed to be fun and not realistic... I mean if games were as difficult as real life, then everyone would go out and live, instead of dealing with bad graphics, lousy sound effects and horrible voice casting...
