Do your job. If someone wants to come in at 9:56,then they have as much of a right as anyone else. If you don't like it, you can quit.

No one wants to work at a shit job. However we all need the money. I could understand if people didn't know what the closing time is, but to purposely come in at the last second is obnoxious. In my own experience those people are the rudest, messiest and stiffers. If I come in a half hour before close I tip extra to make up for it. Closing takes a while and usually at that time you'll have to redo a lot of it because someone waltzed in.

You'd be surprised. Used to have a group of teens that knew when we closed and came in minutes before and order pizza and wings twice a week
