Oh, you mean while you're driving your car at 8:15AM in a School Zone while drinking your coffee and eating a cream cheese bagel and tuning to the Howard Stern Show on XM radio and trying to also listen to the lady voice on the GPS, and without a seat belt on? What can I say?
