I think that it means that everybody automatically assumes that when we're mad at somebody that's not our race, we're racist.

No, you're wrong. Racism is when you deliberately make an insulting comment that is toward a general population of another race.

I'm pretty sure what the post meant was when you're mad at someone you start thinking mean things about that person. If they're another race, you start thinking racist things in addition to the other stuff.
