But if we changed 4 AM to midnight, assuming school/work currently starts at 8 AM, 8 hours after midnight, the new "morning" would be the current noon. Also assuming we get 8 hours of sleep and wake up two hours or so before school/work, we'd go to bed at 2 AM. So "night" would be from 2 AM to about 10 AM, and midnight would have to change again.
