But skinny doesn't necessarily mean healthy. You can eat all your fruits and vegetables and take all your vitamins and participate in physical activity daily, and still not be skinny. I know there *are* people who aren't skinny because they eat fatty foods and sit around the house lazily instead of exercising, but not all people with bigger builds are like that. I'm certainly not one of those skinny girls, but I'm perfectly healthy.

If guys only wanted girls who were perfect & skinny with "boobs and a good butt," very few would get what they want. Only about 2% of all females have that supermodel body. You can't speak for all guys when you say they want that kind of girl, because I know it isn't true that every single one of you wants someone with that type of body. Your statement saying "Girls have different tastes in girls than guys" is true, but all guys have different tastes in girls than each other. I'll change my earlier statement about only stupid guys wanting that, because I guess it's a little uncalled for. Guys who look at a girl's personality and who that girl really is wouldn't care what the girl's physical appearance is. Also -- please don't call me an idiot.

If you're really really really ugly we won't give you the chance to see your personality. We czn have an attracive girl, but it's true that if she's mean, annoying, etc, we'll get rid of her. But no matter what, it will always be looks, then personality as a major bonus. Most would rather have a really hot girl who can get annoying (we can teach her to stop) than a really ugly girl who's nice. We don't need a supermodel body though. Don't think supermodel is the only thing attractive. I personally had an attractive, girl, but she was really wierd around her friends. I dumped her.

I think that's unfair. I also find it kind of ... "weird" that guys and girls are so different. For most girls, I think it's the exact opposite; that personality is first and looks are a major bonus. I suppose, though, girls want someone who loves them, and guys just want someone to look at.

I'm actually with you on this one, and I'm a guy. I would rather have a moderately attractive girl who is really nice and I get along with rather than a super attractive girl who I can't stand and wouldn't want to do anything with besides look at. It just seems a little ridiculous to base your judgement upon just looks.

Different people find different things attractive. Some guys even overlook appearance all together and opt for nice girls they can fall in love with. Truthfully, only a small percentage of guys I know care about what their girlfriend looks like. They're the ones who hit on me when their friends aren't around and can't stand their skinny/perfect girlfriend; sad fact of life, people care too much about what others think and it just leads to their unhappiness. Try getting to know your next girlfriend instead of just looking at her face/body... You might be surprised at how happy you are.
